Cleaning:

Dry, don't drown: Remove excess water with a cloth or paper towel after cleaning.

Air it out: Stand your board upright on its side to air dry completely. Moisture is the enemy!

Sterilize occasionally: Mix equal parts white vinegar and water for a natural sterilizing solution. Wipe it down and rinse well.
